A lot of things actually. Music, the fact that I can someone make happy or when I'm aware I'll pleasantly surprise someone with something. Being whitness of someones success is also very motivating occassion for me but not in a way to get better then that person is, It rather results in supporting such successful person or team.
Giving is also one of those things, but it depends of who I give and what. The less motivating in this thing is giving money not knowing for what you're giving it actually (like giving money to street stroller knowing he will actually spend it for unuseful things like alcohol or cigarettes). Donating to organizations is another thing though and can be very motivating and inspirative.
